The N.A.N.S Senate President proposes a mobile phone tariff for Nigerian Students


The Senate President, Senator Donald Onukogu (F.U.T.O) in the senate meeting of  The National Association of Nigerian Students (N.A.N.S) secretariat proposes a tariff for the Nigerian students who contribute 70% of network usage ranging from calls, text messages, browsing, chatting e.t.c. He calls it: 'Students Friendly Tariff'. Options are through the network providers or Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
