Pictures from the Kegite parade to SARS Awkuzu on Sunday.

These pictures took long though. And I apologize solemnly. On Saturday 10th May, members of the Gegite club all over Nigeria gathered at Igbariam campus for their Annual 'World Jara'. In the heat of the program, the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) raided the venue and took away some of the top officials of this social group.

Also, 5 gegite members who were sent to bring the food for the ceremony were attacked by armed robbers at Abba junction. Two of the guys sustained serious injuries while the only girl in their midst stripped naked and almost raped.

The good news is that they were released on Sunday after the Gegite members in mass visited the SARS office. Here are some of the pictures I earlier promised, expect the video soonest.
