ANSU ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION GUIDE

 
ONLINE registration of courses has begun this semester and there is no going back. We at ICT Unit need your cooperation to make it work and get all rough edges smoothed out.


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING AS A GUIDE TO THE PROCESS

1. Student sees his/her name on admission list
2. Student pays acceptance fee at the bank and generates PIN
3. Student uses PIN to register acceptance on university site (www.ansu.edu.ng) and prints out completed form
4. Student takes print out to Faculty to obtain Reg No.
5. Student uses Reg No. to pay School fees at bank and obtain confirmation PIN
6. Student uses confirmation PIN to complete data registration on university site (www.ansu.edu.ng)
7. Student prints out copies of completed data registration form for submission to Department/Faculty Officer/ Medical Center etc where physical files records are maintained
8. Student continues on university site to register courses
9. Staff Advisers for all levels are to use ICT generated passwords to access the site and approve the course registration for their levels so they can complete the process
10. Student complete process after online certification by staff advisers that course registration is okay
11. Student prints completed Course registration form for submission to Department /Faculty officer
12. HODs are to use ICT generated passwords to access the site and view/check/print all data relevant to registration and courses
13. Exam officers are to work with HODs to print class registration sheets and use same to upload results when needed
ALSO NOTE
• THE ONLINE PORTAL WILL CLOSE SOON WHEN LATE REGISTRATION TIME ENDS
• NO STUDENT WHO HAS NOT REGISTERED ONLINE WILL HAVE RESULTS FOR THAT SEMESTER BECAUSE THE PORTAL HAS NO RECORD OF HIM/HER
