Does Uli campus lack packaging?

I took a snap of this Igbariam banner on my visit to the campus. I was marveled on seeing it. It was then it downed on me that we here are Uli campus are still learners and lack the right packaging.
Do you think Igbariam campus has got more packaging and better artists?
