Was the S.U.G Governor beaten black and blue? (READ STORY)
Akubueze and his entourage visited Igbariam campus on the 27th March to meet with Onwa, over the just concluded Etisalat show at Igbariam campus. According to the special adviser to Onwa on security matters, Comrade Arthur who spoke to GistMeANSU in a phone conversation said the conflict caused by a misunderstanding was just between Onwa's entourage and that of Akubueze. However, some rumor mongers took advantage of the incident saying Akubueze was beaten and jailed by the anti-cult squad. That is a fat lie!!!
His Excellency the governor and Onwa was able to take care of the situation.

Akubueze came to Igbariam with his executives, to discuss issues concerning the Christmas Bonus that was giving to Casmir since Christmas, Casmir was giving 300,000 naira for Christmas bonus since last year, and the Uli campus SUG officials had been waiting patiently for their own, they Governor had been calling onwa over th issue and Onwa keep turning him since Christmas, den on 26th of march onwa after getting money from the Etisalat then send Akubueze 20,000 naira for the Uli campus Executives, Akubueze called him and told him that the money is too small compared to what was released, Onwa insist that 20,000 is all he could give to Uli campus SUG executives, on 27th which is d following day, Akubueze then came to igbariam to diecuss with Onwa, while discussing with him amicably, the Anticult drove in and ask Akubueze to Entre their Vehicle, He refused and told them that he will be coming to their office with his own Official vehicle, the Anticult started dragging with him, the CSO of igbariam campus interfered and told the Anticult that Akubueze is right, as the number 1 students of Uli campus, he deserved the right to come to Anticult office with his bus, that the bus should not be abandoned on the road, wen Akubueze Drove in to the Anticult office, he was asked by one of the Anticult to entre into their cell, which Akubueze again resisted, all the Anticult started dragging him and he refused, till the intervention of a former NANS Comr.
The following day, the Anticult head, Mr mustapha and John Eze personally Invited Akubueze to Igbariam campus and apologized to him extensively for the actions of their boys,
