[Photo] Beautiful lady strips in public then fingers herself


According to G.Plan;

A girl of about 24 years of age got out of a brand new PRADO and stripped herself naked. G.Plan said this action is normal for the Moukwagna'ns a well-known tribe in Cameroon. This is one of the many conditions they must observe in other to remain rich.
'We’ve register more than a dozen cases in Douala. The authorities of the beautiful Cameroonian economic capital must find a solution to end this practice.'- G.Plan
 The scene lasted for over an hour disrupting movements. The police officers on duty also watched happily.
