Hi Nelly, good evening...am anonymous, I have a problem with the issue of masturbation, I have been doing this since I was 17 and now I'm 24 and I am still doing it. I have tried to stop it but I cant and its really irritating, Please how can I stop this as soon as possible?

1)Stop punishing yourself.....by doing this you are punishing yourself,you have to stp. 2)Remove anything that tempts your urge to masturbate. 3)Find another outlet for your time and energy...engage ursef wif sumfin else,do not b idle. 4)Be persistent and patient. 5)Know when to seek help...like hw u hv done nw,u hv tried 2 stp nd u cnt. 6)Be prayerful and leave the rest to God as far as u hv decided 2 chng God wil hlp. Illd try and be as brief as possible. Anonymous guy, stop bothering yourself. It has been medically proven that masturbation is a healthy act. In some cases, doctors even suggest it to patients. Your problem is guilt. Maybe you think there's something wrong with you or you're damaging your system. There's nothing wrong with you. But if you still want to stop, there are simple things you could do. 1) get a girlfriend that is active. By the time you get used to her, jerking off will gross you out. 2) try not to always be alone and look for something that will be killing your time. Boredom brings day dreams. 3) go get castrated (At your own risk)! Hope this helps you out.

I hv gone through d advice some gv belv me most of them he has don them and if he has don most of them yet the problem is still there is means that is not the solution. The solution is simple. He should keep himself busy for about 3 months. 2, I belv the guy watchs porn vedio and possibly hv some in his phone and system let him delete all. 3, there is somthing that normally happen before he masturbet he shuld avoid doing that. That is wo uld be the last solution. Prayer is good but prayer is not for everything, imagine someone that is hungry instead of looking for food to eat the person want and start praying. Would that stop the hunger? Is just thesame as someone that want to stop sex instead of avoiding girl or keep away from girls the person will be praying. Prayer or not the urge for sex will surely come, to avoid it is to keep or run away frm girls. The same applied to masturbation.
