Chris Brown removes duet with Rihanna from his upcoming album


According to celebrity entertainment site, Hollywood Life, Chris Brown wants the duet he made with Rihanna back when they were still together cut from his upcoming sixth studio album, X. Rihanna and Chris collaborated on a song titled Put It Up, that was set to appear on the album but not any more as Chris wants it removed and wouldn’t allow the album to be released unless his label removes the song. Record execs are still hoping to convince Chris or pay him more to change his mind because it would be a hit. So far he is said to be adamant.

X is scheduled to be released July 16.

Its not that simple, your record label has the final say when it comes to what songs are released with an album because they sell to the marketers & give a percentage of the deal to the artist.
So if Breezy wants the song removed, its up to his producer.
